I didn't spend much time at the room except to sleep, and I appreciated the view of the grass from upstairs and neighboring rooms. The hotel staff was very friendly, efficient, and helpful, despite one negligent staff member. The location felt suburban and had lots of restaurants and stores around, although it had some homeless individuals begging for money nearby.

The hotel is conveniently located near a factory outlet and supermarket, not too far from Niagara Falls airport, and surrounded by many dining options. The rooms are clean, well-decorated, and comfortable, but lack a microwave or mini-refrigerator. The service is excellent and very friendly, although some instances of rudeness were noted. The dining options are limited in choice, with breakfast coupons provided, and the facilities are satisfactory. The location offers easy access to nearby attractions and eateries, albeit not within the main tourist areas of Niagara Falls.
